Theres a relatively new trend going on in the industry that is taking the fitness world by storm! It’s called CrossFit. It is a workout system that combines weightlifting, sprinting, gymnastics, powerlifting, kettlebell training, plyometrics, rowing, and medicine ball training.
I can certainly stand by this system. Some call it a fad or something that wont catch on but if you look at the ripped bodies of the men and women that participate you can see that this is 100% legit.
